How can i 'appear' to have lost weight in 3 days?

Hi all!

I have an important event on sat & have recently been a bitof a pig - and had a baby 3 months ago. I dont look too bad but face a tad puffy and little belly. So... i only have 3 days to 'appear' like ive lost weight.

Any tips on how to shed a few water pounds? Was thinking of doing my own detox? like just fruit and water. will this work? Any tips appreciated.

Disclaimer - i am not one to starve myself and dont advocate that. I know how to healthily lose weight but just want to look decent in 3 days on this one occasion.

Spanx and massage.

Try a manual lymphatic drainage one if there's a practitioner near you, otherwise anything with lots of kneading.

Stop eating carbs, and drink loads - you will lose all the water weight very quickly. Then span and a flattering dress in a dark colour with heels.

No salt, mostly fruit and veg and lots of water for those 3 days
