I have an important event on sat & have recently been a bitof a pig - and had a baby 3 months ago. I dont look too bad but face a tad puffy and little belly. So... i only have 3 days to 'appear' like ive lost weight.
Any tips on how to shed a few water pounds? Was thinking of doing my own detox? like just fruit and water. will this work? Any tips appreciated.
Disclaimer - i am not one to starve myself and dont advocate that. I know how to healthily lose weight but just want to look decent in 3 days on this one occasion.
