DH has decided that seeing as he isn't going to give up the lager any time soon, it is my fault that he is fat because the meals I make are too delicious and tasty.
Ok, so he didn't actually say that, but he did say that he would like to start eating more healthily and less like Nigella
My DM swears by this www.amazon.co.uk/Carol-Vordermans-Detox-Life-Beyond/dp/0753516810/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1370268574&sr=8-3&keywords=diet+plan+books+carol+vorderman
But I really don't think either of us can cope with a full vegan detox
Basically, I am looking for a book of low-fat, tasty recipes that I can bung in my monthly meal plan. Either that or a two-week programme type thing where you follow it to the letter and it tells you what you can have for each meal. My cooking does tend towards the butter-laden, so I guess it's getting into better habits, but I'm loathe to miss out myself as I really don't want to lose weight! I have few enough clothes as it is!
