I have been doing WW and lost a stone in eight weeks. I have another stone to lose before hitting an ideal weight that is in the middle of healthy and which i know I look good at. I have not really been exercising as such, but have been trying to walk everywhere and move more.
For the last two weeks my weight has stayed the same which is really messing with my motivation.
I am going on holiday in three weeks and know that if I can lose 6lbs in the next three weeks, I will look ok in my bikini and will feel confident enough not to hide in a sarong and to run around the beach with my babies.
I just did the 30 day shred this morning and am hoping if I keep that up, I will get over the plateau. Does it work for weight loss and burn fat? I fear it will build up muscle too quickly?
I don't really want to cut back food any more as I don't think it's healthy, but are there any other tips to kick start the weight loss again?
