Getting over the plateau, can I lose 6lbs in three weeks? Shred?

I have been doing WW and lost a stone in eight weeks. I have another stone to lose before hitting an ideal weight that is in the middle of healthy and which i know I look good at. I have not really been exercising as such, but have been trying to walk everywhere and move more.

For the last two weeks my weight has stayed the same which is really messing with my motivation.

I am going on holiday in three weeks and know that if I can lose 6lbs in the next three weeks, I will look ok in my bikini and will feel confident enough not to hide in a sarong and to run around the beach with my babies.

I just did the 30 day shred this morning and am hoping if I keep that up, I will get over the plateau. Does it work for weight loss and burn fat? I fear it will build up muscle too quickly?

I don't really want to cut back food any more as I don't think it's healthy, but are there any other tips to kick start the weight loss again?

I need to loose 6 lb too. I'll join you. I have shredded before and it works.

I'm going to cut calories, trampoline, cut alchahol and shred.

6lb and two inches from my waist will make me happy in my bikini.

I really don't mind everything except the waist. On day two of shredding and am in agony.

Jillian Michaels DVD called 30 day shred. It claims, if you do it every day, you can lose 20lb in 30 days. Assume you would have to be very overweight to lose that much, but I am told it tones fast.

the shred is fab so long as you don't need to go up or down any stairs for a least a week Grin

On day five today, it nearly killed me. Seemed the hardest yet. It's so boring, but I have to tell myself its only 20 mins of exhaustion and boredom and anyone can put up with that.

Weighing myself tomorrow so I will see if it is helping.

Well done, the first circuit is so much harder than the other two that after 6 minutes you feel you are going to die.

I am on day 8 and getting through it ok. I could go up to higher weights on some exercises, but not all so I guess I should wait until I move up to level 2 in a couple of days.

I can only do 3 days a week, but I am committed to doing it. I know it will make a difference because today I realised how much my fitness has dropped from when I was doing it before!

Nagoo you are not kidding. I have just done level 2. Double skipping jumps. WTAF! My knees would shatter.

Made it through it, went upstairs to get a shower and threw up. Twenty mins later and I still can't cool down.

It better get results.
