I'm so fed up and angry with myself.
I have been following 5:2 since Feb, and I did lose weight but then after lapsing about 6 weeks, i have put on what I lost and then some. In fact I have never put weight back on so quickly before.
We eat freshly prepared meals but I definitely find certain foods don't agree with me. If I ate a bag of snack a Jack crisps I get majorly bloated, I like coffee but it can do the same.
So I wondered if anyone had tried Harcombe. It seems like a healthy way of eating long term.
