Secret weapons?

Hi everyone,

I am 5'3 and a half (always thought I was 5'4 till I had a routine medical, boo) and I weigh 10st 6lbs. I weighed 10st 11lbs a month ago, which was the most I'd ever weighed, not counting when I was pregnant. Anyway, during this medical, they said I was a bit on the overweight side, and my cholesterol was also at the top end of normal. Now, I'm only 30, so this was a bit of a shocker! 6 weeks ago I suffered a mc (only knew I was pg for 11 hrs before it happened, wasn't a planned pregnancy but even so, losing it came as a shock) I decided that if one good thing can come from this rotten time, it is me losing a few pounds and getting healthy for my little ds, and of course, myself. I am quite large framed ( fingers only just touch if I put them round my wrist) so I am going for 9st 7lb. Does this sound about right?

I've lost weight just by cutting out chocolate (hell) and not snacking. I've also being doing half hr cardio a day and walking more.

What are your secret weapons for weightloss? So far I have to say its mini milks! I feel cheated if I don't have something for dessert, and these are only 30cals and 0.7 grams of fat each.

Any things that have worked for you? :)
