Healthy eating - Kicked into touch by chiropractor!!

Am on the second day of my new life, I have decided that healthy eating, not dieting is the only way to go. I have a really bad back and my chiropractor has shown me the light, that everything happening in your body affects, and is affected by everything else! I desperately want to feel better and lose those baby pounds (although DD is 16 months and I was overweight before). So I have cut out all snacks, have three meals a day and am drinking HUGE amounts of water, which seems to make me feel less hungry (although peeing more often is a bit of a pain!). I am just about to arrange organic fruit and veg box delivery and I want to start swimming, am going to check this is acceptable excercise with my back probs.

For anyone who wants to know I am 31 yrs old and a SAHM, I weigh 12st (ish, not sure on my scales), I am a size 18 top and 16 bottoms (very Blush). Wish me luck girls, so far I am feeling pretty good.

Good Luck. Sounds great and you sound very motivated.

I am using weight watchers No Count on the same principal. Three normal healthy meals and lots of water. Only been doing it two weeks and been away "both" weekends so staring VERY slowly but the princiapl is good! I lost 3 lb but then put on 1 1/2 and lost 1!
