Not a cocktail, apparently! 
I'm considering signing up to a Thai Boxing class but have little idea of what to expect. Just wondered if anyone has any experience of this sport. What do I need to wear? What sort of build will it give me if I commit to it? (I am short and currently not that fit. Not overweight, but a bit doughy and do infrequent exercise.) I want to lose weight but also look a bit more athletic but not bulk up loads of muscle.
I've always fancied learning a martial art and think this could be a good all-rounder, plus you learn effective self-defence techniques. I just want to know how suitable it is for a 27 year old female total novice!
