I'm about to start low carbing and am trying to find a spreadsheet that I can log my weight loss and body measurements on to. I know it can be done, but I'm not the woman to do it, so need to find an existing sheet I can use. I've found lots that monitor weight loss, but I'd like to do the same with measurements too as I suspect that sometimes when you don't see any change on the scales you are changing shape.
Any ideas? Am slightly more complicated by the fact I'm on Mac's only so no excell, we use numbers, or an app?
