Hello all,
I was a devotee of the 5:2 and saw some brilliant results, however I fractured my spine week before last and I am fed up now.
I am piling on the weight again (misery eating and being VERY sedentary.)
I am planning on getting back on 5:2 but I want to know if anyone has any exercises I can do, bearing in mind I am in a brace, but can walk/stand. I can't bend or move too quickly - legs don't respond well yet so can manage a slow walk!
