Ribena extra light berry drink (strawberry and blackcurrent) I kno its not exactly what you meant but is very sweet and works for me sometimes.

katyrocks · 24/05/2006 22:15

oh god me too. i came hunting for this topic. desperately seeking food. munching on MUSHROOMS atm, just NOT doing the trick. yak. want chocolate.

used up all my points and now i want a blow out... somebody stop me!!!!!!!

lisalisa · 24/05/2006 22:37

The fruities are quite nice. potherwise there is somehting nice in one of the magazines invovling raspberries, strawvberries and egg whites and sweetener but you have to make it and its not an instant fix.

What about diet cok e or strawbverries and sweeteener sprinkled over top?

TheMammy · 24/05/2006 22:53

oh god... I had gained 3lb in a fortnight and now I am trying desperately to lose it this week. Have ate 15 points so far and dunno wether to save the rest for the weekend or eat all my 20 points :(

Just had a bag of hula hoops though.. just 2.5pts Wink

TheMammy · 24/05/2006 22:54

And I meant to say, sugar Free Jelly is delicious and free!!! If you want it to be sweeter pour some fizzy water into it as the 1/2 pt of cold water :)

suejonez · 24/05/2006 23:18

DOes fizzy water make jelly sweeter?! How does that work?

TheMammy · 24/05/2006 23:47

Dunno actually.. it just makes it fizz a bit on the toungue I think.

suejonez · 25/05/2006 09:17

Have you tried it - would be bubbles survive the setting process. Its an interesting idea, perhaps I should try it.

Crystaltips · 25/05/2006 16:01

Yeah but when I need a snack I need something crunchy / carbohydratie .... more bulky IYKWIM.

Something watery and not very substantial just doesn't cut it for me Blush

I don't know how to break this to you...but... doesn't exist. or at least not for zero points.

Low points

Fruit pastilles very sugary 2.5 points per roll (if I remember correctly)
Crumpets with jam (no butter)
meringue (one point per bought nest, I think)

Twinkie1 · 25/05/2006 23:31

Fruity DUST Wink

NotAnOtter · 26/05/2006 00:00

i do find jellys to be a good diet food - kinda like pudding but low cal!
