Hi SoleSource how's it going, I've been on another thread with you and/or I think I was reading your thread about changing your life etc., I was wondering how it was going - did you try the hypno gastric band or am I imagining it?

I went on Lighterlife about 4 years ago, I tried it for 2 weeks, lost a stone, but I simply could not afford to go on with it. health wise, I got terrible constipation, awful headaches first 10 days (carb withdrawal) and was very scared of losing hair as I am not exactly blessed with glossy locks. I think if you can afford it, keep a very close eye on your health then yes its a massive kick start for someone with a lot of weight to lose. You really need to talk to someone who has been through the maintenance bit though - reintroducing food, I imagine that's the hard part?

(sorry no pun was intended about imagining a gastric band thingy, I was just worried I'd got the wrong person! Blush)
