I am a bit desperate, nothing fits. I am doing a combination of 5:2 but also counting ww points. I am going as from tonight, knock the wine on the head too.

I haven't been able to do any exercise apart from quick dog walks as I have had ill children for what seems like MONTHS (I am not joking!)
