Try joining the low carb bootcamp thread although it has been going fr some time now.
Yes it does work but it can be a bit tricky to make meals within the guidelines and it costs a bit too as theres lots of protein.

I'm not finding it's costing me anymore as I am spending nothing on snacks. I am also eating out less. I am also wasting less as I'm not going on a whim 'Oh I don't fancy that tonight' and letting things go off. Veg is cheap which is what most of the diet is made up of.

OP the bootcamp threads are where you'll find out your info.

As the others have said, you need the Bootcamp threads - there's the weekly one, the recipe one and even one specifically for questions!

It does work, it's very satisfying and it doesn't need to be expensive at all. You will need to get some advice before starting though because it goes against pretty much everything you think you know or have been told about a 'healthy' diet. But once you've got your head round it, it's fantastic.

join us on the bootcamp thread. BIWI is fantastic at advice and support. I've lost 6lb in 10 days following 'the programme'. well, mostly following the programme anyhow.

main thing about low carbing the BIWI way is that it works. and you are never hungry. beat that calorie counters!

Thanks
