Motivation Something to listen to when walking

Urgh

Am about 4 stone overweight. Step one is walking more, aim to walk 3 miles a day but am finding it very boring at the moment. Am still too unfit to attempt anything higher impact.

What do people listen to when walking, was wondering about something motivating? Remind me I need to sort myself? The more I do it the easier it will become etc?

Eye of the Tiger is good for this sort of thing.

Also, I always find the theme tune to Littlest Hobo helps when I'm walking off my overindulgences/greed!

Ministry of sound!!

You can download power walking apps too... Great for building up

Someone on here recommended listening to audiobooks as a way to pass the time when running.
Didn't really work for me, I found it slowed my pace down. Might be good for walking.

I listen to 101 Running Songs, when I walk the 2 miles to the station every morning and back in the evening. It is actually a good album with a good mix and you can't help but step in time with the beat.
