I like logging food/exercise but CBA with MFP. I don't want to Low carb or 5:2 or Dukan or anything (I hate being told what to do!) I know how to lose weight. I need to eat well and run more. This is my diary, you are welcome to join me, otherwise i'm happy to witter on to myself 
I'm size 12 and today I weigh 11st4. Asap I want to be 10st4 then I will reassess and decide if further action is required!
So today:
Breakfast - Low fat greek yog with blueberries and honey
Lunch - 2 x carrots with cream cheese
Snack - half a melon
Dinner - Grilled tuna steak in nicoise salad (green beans, toms, cuc, olives, anchovies and 2 new pots + vinaigrette)
Exercise: Ran 5 miles in about 50 minutes
