Just been flicking through a magazine and came across this diet and wondered if anyone has tried it?
It's 15 days, 3 phases, each 5 days long. Phase 1 is drinking 3 smoothies a day instead of meals plus two snacks, phase 2 replaces one smoothie with an actual meal with other two smoothies instead of meals as usual, phase 3 is two meals and one smoothie. Also recommends walking 10,000 steps a day.
Tempted to try it to shift a stone but not sure how practical it would be. Has anyone else tried it or even heard of it?
