I've been doing a veggie low weight diet, with minor cheating, and shedding a pound a day. Isn't this a bit fast, not what I thought was 'sensible', or is this wrong. Tried a ketostick and quite surprised it was ++ (and I had half an ice cream yesterday!) my starting bmi was 22.

I'm ebf and producing lots of milk (well judging from the fact dd is growing out of clothes width ways not length ways!)

Carry on or is it too extreme for ebf? I walk miles with a double too

I lost 6 lbs a week on weightwatchers when I was EBF -- it was WAY too fast, and I was worried I would harm my baby in some way, so I stopped. A healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. It sounds to me that you need to adjust your diet.

But TBH a BMI of 22 is in the middle of your healthy weight range, and there is really no need for you to be dieting at all at this important stage in your baby's life.
