salmon and/or tuna fishcakes please?
Can't seem to find any that don't have either potatoes or flour in the recipe.

You might like these - I think they're nice and they're simple to make.

Low Carb Tuna Cakes

Ingredients

150g can of tuna (drained)
1 large egg
1 spring onion (chopped)
salt & pepper

Directions
Beat egg and add drained can of tuna, spring onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. It helps to chill for an hour or so after this is you can wait - makes the mixture less soft. Divide into 3 or 4 cakes. Add olive oil to nonstick frying pan and fry the cakes on both sides until lightly browned. These are nice with a tomato and onion salad, with feta cheese cubes if you have some.

Also nice is if you add 30g of hard cheese - parmesan or strong cheddar.

Will definitely try them - that's my type of recipe, few ingredients and easy to make. Grin Thank you!
