Losing weight but need to lose the caesarean 'shelf'

I'm using MFP and with the support of all the lovely mumsnetters on there I've managed to lose 12lbs so far. I've been 'buying' extra calories by doing loads of walking and I've gone from a 14 in jeans to a size 10-12. BUT I've still got the overhang from my two c- sections that give a noticeable bulge in the front of my trousers. I'm thinking I'll start doing a short abs workout 3-4 times a week (I've got a few 10 min solution DVDs), but does anyone have any recommendations for specific exercises that are good for toning that area?

TIA
