Is this bonkers?

Sorry if I ramble: DP and I lost quite a bit of weight of few years ago on SW then we changed to WW PP when it came out as the SW loss had ground to a halt for both of us, no matter what we did. This boosted our losses until that Xmas when it all went a bit awry and we could never quite get back in the mindset. (I do it with DP as we do our WI's on the wii and its more supportive and competitive than doing it alone, and cooking/eating out is easier if we have the same things).

Restarted the SW diet but I have been pro-pointing what I eat too, so I don't go mad on portion sizes and in case I want to switch later. I prefer SW as its all fresh food and lots of fruit and veg but I do like the convenience of PP iyswim? I have a course tomorrow and Friday where lunch is provided, which will probably be sandwiches. Am I going to go seriously off track if I only do PP only for a couple of days and eat a couple of sandwiches? I have lost 5lbs so far, just under a week.

That's me, angsty. It's the food combining part of it that I am worried will go awry
