had my first personal trainer session today and there was a lot of sweat and jumping involved.
My pvf is not what it was. What can I do??
I had black leggings in and it literally looked as if I peed my pants. Better leggings? Otherwise what??

Some pvt exercises.... Tens lady for exercising?

I have the same problem and my personal trainer loves star jumps and making me do many of them, how do you explain to a twenty something year old that you are not stopping because it is hurting you are stopping because you're peeing a tiny bit? Blush

I use Tena Lady and am ordering this which gets rave reviews all over the web

If you have an iphone there are two apps I use which give daily reminders and pelvic floor exercises.

They are Kegel Trainer and My Pelvic Floor, which have been a great help to me.
