Hello all! Does anyone (on any kind of plan or regime) want to join me for a 2 month countdown? I've lost a lot of weight so far, but have a big deadline (wedding dress related!) in two months so want to give it a real push at getting to my target.
For background - I've lost 120lbs so far, 25 to go. I tend to have carb based breakfast and then protein/veg meals for the rest of the day, and go to the gym or running fairly frequently.
Any takers?
