i did sw 2 years ago and lost 10lbs then got preggers. have put a HUGE amount of weight on since and need to lose about 3 st. am doing sw at home with all my old books but can't seem to find the eating out guide that i had.
can anyone tell me the approximate values for:
chinese fried rice
stir fry veg
sweet and sour sauce (one portion)
hot and sour soup
would be very grateful. btw, i do green days nearly all of the time. the hot and sour soup is a veggie version our chinese takeaway does for me - just a roundabout value would be fine. thanks very much xx
