I know a lot of mums are joggers and active or planning to be more active to lose the baby weight, to tone up.
I was thinking to organise a Mumsnet team to walk 20 miles from Marble Hill park this year in June.
Anyone would like to join?
I have done it last year from no training at all, now I can call myself fit (no not only typing on a laptop fitness). All this thanks to this walk.
People came from all over UK and I was overwhelmed by their dedication.
