I have done both and think SW, although it sounds complicated at first, is by far the best because you can eat more and there is less weighing and measuring. HTH.

I think it depends on what you want from a diet. I have done both and used to have success with SW years ago, but recently it's been WW that gets me losing when I stick to it. I think SW encourages me to eat more than I should and I don't really lose. Also I find that you have to be better organised to do SW, which I'm not at the moment. I need the flexibity to go down to the corner shop and buy a WW sandwich, without blowing my days syns, but that is just a reflection of what my life is like right now.

With the feeling of hunger, I find that listening to the Paul McKenna tape at night helps as does drinking water and nibbling on veg.
