Weight Watchers and Breast Feeding -- quick question

I am currently doing WW and also BF my 7 month old.
I looked in the archives and found that if on WW and bf an unweaned baby, add 10 points, if bf a weaned baby, add 5 points to daily allowence.

Do you have to add the points? If you dont, does it help you loose weight quicker? If you dont, does it affect your milk supply?

TIA

Elf :)

i think you do need to add the points - yes, you would lose weight quicker if you didn't add them, but you do need the extra to product milk

I didn't realise how many points needed to be added.
I have been on WW for two weeks now and not been adding the points, shall do so from now on!
