just want to know what it's like compared to what I am familiar with... I'm done shred, ripped and burn fat boost metabolism for over a year now.
completed the programmes for each DVD a few times each now, back to back and now that I've reached my desired fitness and weight I just want to maintain tone and weight....
I do 4 workouts a week, I mix between the three DVD's and don't really get bored as they vary so much.
my question is, is revolution harder than shred? ripped? where does it fall on ease levels? I really want to buy it but can't afford it yet...
