You can do it. Your body has reserves. If you feel like eating then have a glass of water and wait half an hour. If you still need to eat then try protien or veg based food. NOT fruit or carbs. Good luck

Thanks. I am managing so far. Only a 2 egg omelate left to have today. Depressing thought.

Don't think of it as depressing, think of it as empouring. You no longer need to revolve your life around the need to eat every few hours. You are going to learn that hunger doesn't build, it goes in waves and it doesn't kill you. Good luck.

Thanks frenchfancy. I don't think I'll ever manage to think of it as empowering but maybe more managable.

I'm currently tucking into my omelate. I've no snacks in the house so I've managed the fast!

If you can, try pushing back the time you first have something to eat - the earlier I eat the more I struggle with hunger as food sets my appetite off. I manage to get to around 8-9pm without eating now, so manage to have a satisfyingly large 500 cal dinner but you could try not eating until 2 pm first, then 5 pm...
