I started on monday doing 6 pack in 6 weeks, combined with 20 minutes on the cross trainer a day, also cutting out bread/pasta/rice/potatoes.
I would like to lose a stone within the six weeks, and also tone up my tummy (the full stone is on my tummy so should tone up somewhat anyway).
I just wondered if anybody has successfully lost weight and toned up doing the dvd every day and If I am being realistic in my goal!
