Silly question about the 30 day shred

I have completed Level 1. Tonight I will do Level 2. Here comes the dumb question. Do I need to do Level 1 as usual and then continue doing Level 2, or do I just move on to Level 2 altogether and just do that?

Just move onto L2 now.

Once in a moment of madness I did L2 and 3 back to back...it was grim :)

I actually found L3 easier than L2 for some reason.

Good luck but yes, just L2 on its own :)

Yes, do level 2 now. Then after 10 days go on to level 3.

Once you have mastered shred try Ripped In 30 and Killer Buns n Thighs. They are tougher again.

I say rubbing my aching thighs and butt cheeks;)
