So, what the hell am I going to choose to eat on Friday night? After 10 weeks of strict low carbing (loving this WOE) I'm faced with an invite I cannot turn down. I've done okay eating out at every other type of restaurant, but Chinese really has me stumped Confused

I would normally go for piles of rice type stuff and my favourite - crispy duck in them little steamed pancakes. I'm assuming the little steamed pancakes are carb-city.

Although the pancakes would be mainly carbs they're so thin and light I would have thought they actually wouldn't be that bad as long as you had loads of duck and skipped the sauce.

Also I'd go for meat dishes but allow as much sauce to float off as possible as it will have sugar and cornflower in it.
