So I'm doing 5:2, one juicing day a week, Shred a few times a week, swim once or twice a week, 40-60mile bike ride once a week and power yoga 1-2x a week
Pretty much at ideal weight but the love handles ain't shifting, have heard one nutritionist say its all about diet, a gym bunny say its down to exercise - any tips or anecdotal evidence?
Can't really fit any more exercise into my week but maybe I should be doing front crawl rather than breast stroke or something? If its just a case of more crunches I can fit that into the Shred workout.
I don't eat many refined carbs anyway, not much butter or sugar though do sometimes have a mini binge on Reese's pieces on non fast days...thoughts?! I don't really want to lose much more weight, my chest is already a bit scrawny - why doesn't the weight shift from the flabby bits?!
