Do Weight Watchers do a maintenance programme?

I'm almost at the end of my VLCD weight-loss and obviously want to maintain afterwards long-term. I think the points of WW would work well for me. Anyone know if they simply do a maintenance programme to join?

You have to have weight to join then once you reach you target you up your points to maintain

clever way for them to keep taking money from you for years and years.

Once you have reached your goal weight you become a gold member and then it is free for life as long as you stay within 7 pounds of your goal weight.

Talkinpeace · 17/03/2013 21:42

what if you choose a new, lower, goal?

chocolatespiders · 17/03/2013 21:59

it is 7 lbs either way of your goal weight so you could lose more.
