Spaghetti squash

I'm low carbing and looking for pasta alternatives. An American website suggests spaghetti squash, the insides of which are stringy like spaghetti. Does anyone know if we call it the same thing over here? It looks different to a butternut squash and I'm having trouble finding one.

I love spaghetti squash, the only place I have managed to find it is Waitrose. Think the may heve had it in the whole Earth shop, too, but I didn't want it then.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try Waitrose. I wasn't sure if we called it a different name over here. In the meantime I'll try making the courgette one
