After the shred?

I am on day 28 of the shred and am not sure what to do next. I am really happy with the results, but am not done losing / toning yet. I would love to start the shred again, but my knees are telling me to find something else.

Any suggestions? Cheers!

Well done! It's a great feeling isn't it? I was like you 5 months ago. I next went on to Banish Fat Boost Metabolism alternated weekly with No More Trouble Zones, but having now done Ripped in 30 and it being a similar format to 30 Day Shred, I would say go with that.

Good luck with it all. Perhaps you'll become as addicted as us over on the Jillian Michaels thread on this topic?!
