Need to loose weight without exercise due to a badly sprained ankle!

I sprained my ankle nearly two weeks ago. I've already put on about 3-4 pounds and I needed to loose a stone before I sprained my ankle!

My belly is Wobbiler than ever! And the leg I can't use is like jelly Hmm

What can I do to loose weight? I am also constipated so I think that's adding weight to me too!

I'm thinking of eating bran flakes and soup for a while to try to get things moving And cut out bread and try to stick to 1200 cals per day.

Do you think it's possible to loose weight while not moving around a lot?

LOTS of Pilates (pilates was perfected to help the injured dancers of the New York City Ballet)
and lots of the lying and seated postures in Yoga
that and can you get to a swimming pool and swim or do aquafit

I can't even stand on my foot at the moment so I need to wait a while before doing Pilates and swimming

but lots of Pilates is done sitting and lying it : Joseph Pilate invented it while confined to a bunk ....

This morning I did a few crunches and leg cross overs and side leg rises! So I'm hope this will help. It will at least get the blood circulating in the foot as everyone keeps telling me I need to walk on it but I feel scared Confused
