Alternate/Every other Day Diet/5:2 question? Please Help

I'm trying to do the Alternate day diet, only eating 500 calories every other day.

But I'm not sure how much I can allow myself to eat on the feast days?

Can anyone help? Smile

undersky according to all I have read you can eat what you like on alternate days, but it may be sensible to eat to your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). 5:2 diet thread is a great one to follow!

If you are doing 5:2 then it is wise to keep within your tdee. But if you are doing ADF then you really don't need to count. You will probably find after a few weeks that your appetite and your desire for sweet and fatty food reduces naturally anyway.
