Alternative to the Shred? The Shred is shredding my knees

I'm on about Day 20. I've tried the lower impact positions. I'm trying knee strengthening exercises. I've tried rest days. I've still got more knee pain than I've ever had (and I'm a runner).

Can anyone recommend a good alternative in the wonderful world of exercise DVDs?

Love the shred but had to stop at start of level 3 because of a shoulder injury - too much planking.

I did Davina Intense the other day and was really impressed. It's about 25 mins (tho not inc cool down) and felt like a really good workout. Next day I ached all over but not like I'd actually broken half of my body, like the Shred. It's based on interval training, so you work really hard but for less time.

6 week 6 pack, no more trouble zones (about 50 mins) and yoga meltdown are much kinder to your knees.

I have an intermittent knee problem and switch to these when it flares up. They are still very hard workouts and will have you dripping in sweat, so don't be fooled!

according to an interview with jillian she never planed 30 days to be continous! That came from ad men.
I found it better to do every other day then it didn't hurt, unlike the weekly zumba classAngry
