Raspberry ketones anyone?

Walking past the health food store on Sat and being a sucker for anything diet related I was immediately hooked by the 'diet in a bottle' raspberry ketone promise.

Having tried diet pills before - and given up on them pretty quickly because of the side effects - I was a bit sceptical, but I'm told there are no side effects and they contain purely natural elements.

Does anyone have any experience of them? I am dieting (a bit) and exercising (a lot) so I'm well aware there are no quick fixes and the old adage of 'eat less, do more' is the best diet advice, but I'm curious......

Bump

Has no-one any experience of taking them? I'm genuinely interested.. all the US reviews seem very positive. I'm not seeing much here in the UK.

twitterqueen just re- read your post. if out there, there was a magic pill that helped you lose weight and worked fantastically well with no side effects dont you think we would all be on it? these things do not work - none of them. some have a physchological effect but really they are just crap. if calories in are greater than calories out you put on weight. if calories in are less than calories out you lose weight. you just have to find the eating plan that works for you and your body, stick to it and you will be thinner.
