Which is best for abs? Terrible post 3DC flab here... and it wasn't that great before DC either.

And how long do these ones take? My spare time is literally in minus figures, so much so that I can't do 20 second high intensity interval training bursts even - and that is baaaad!

have you tried 30 ds on you tube yet? Lots of people seem to reccommend ripped in 30. There is a set of 4 that has the 6 pack one and no more trouble zones along with 2 others on Amazon for £23. ripped in 30 is only about £7.

If you really can't do 20 minutes the 10 min solutions dvds are cheap and pretty good (obv vary by instructor)

Just checked amazon and ripped is slightly longer than 30 ds at 24 minutes a workout, 6 pack one is 2 x 30 minute workouts. the no more trouble zone is a 40 minute work out but app could be divided into 6 6 minute workouts.

I did 30DS for about 10 days - it seriously knackered my knees, and I haven't gotten round to finding a replacement.

30 minutes is a long time to spend purely on abs - but then again mine are just awful reallly, a saggy bag on an otherwise slim frame. And it wasn't much better pre DC - it's just that I traded up from pints to pregnancies Grin

Just bought Ripped in 30. Whether it means 30 days or 30 years remains to be seen!!!!! Grin
