Been low-carbing since May with lots of success, lost 2.5 stone and kept it off. Been v. good at not eating wheat as that seemed the trigger for feeling rubbish. Since Christmas I've relaxed a lot as decided to maintain and then have a final push to lose the last stone in the spring.
I've been a steady 13 st 2lb since maintaining, (and was a week ago) but weighed self today and was 13st 11lb! Now, I've been home for the last week, eating bread, cake, pudding etc but in limited quantities. Bit alarmed - please tell me it's bloating due to PMT and that a week without pizza will make it all better...
