slimming world question

Hi, I did slimming world years ago and have started again today. Just wondering if anyone knows how many syns are in those microwave pouches of pasta. Just plain pasta spirals in a pouch thing do you know the ones? Not sure what brand they are. Just thought they might be useful to take to work.

Batchelor's High Veg Pasta and Sauce with Tomato and Basil (75g) - syn-free

Sainsbury's Tomato and Herb pasta and sauce - 1.5 syns per 120g pack

Asda chosen by you Pasta in Sauce Tomato and Herb (120g) - 1 syn per pack

Mug shot tomato and herb pasta - syn-free

The plain microwave ones are syned as have oil in them - same as fresh pasta :(

So always have dried pasta if want free food

The dolmio one is 2.5syns for plain and 4/6 for tomato /bolog flavour

And yes as bean says the pasta'n' sauce are free as are mugshots - sweet and sour are yummy
