Has anyone noticed an improvement with blood sugars?
Can you do it when Breastfeeding (exclusively at minute but weaning in a few weeks)?
Do lots of people notice the mental alertness thing on fasting days? And do you have the energy to take advantage of it?
I was really interested when I saw the Horizon programme but had just had DD and was BFing (still am but she'll be weaning in a month so will only part BF). I had GD in pregnancy and I really want to shift some weight before next pregnancy (in nearish future) to help avoid repeat of GD. Also I do creative work and while I love the idea of added clarity or creativity I wondered if you actually have the energy to work while fasting.
Any good info / tips / links would be really welcome as I don't really want to hijack the other threads going at the mo with 5:2 weightlosers and maintainers.
