I'm fairly new to ww and have lost 1/2 stone so far (still 2 1/2 to go!) Tonight we are having a Chinese take away as a treat. I don't want to completely sabotage my loss so can anyone give me advice on the lower point things? The mobile app doesn't seem to be much use at this. I don't want to go in to my extra weekly point too much (I don't mind some) as next week is half term and we have lots if day trips with sandwiches planned!
