I am not sure if it works or not, but I listened to the "I can make you thin" cd for the first time yesterday and it was really bizarre! I laid down and relaxed, closed my eyes and was listening for a bit then next thing I know, I hear the guy say, "and 3,2, 1.... Wake Up!!"
I felt the same way like I was in a trance or something! The weirdest part was actually that I was listening to it on my iPhone as a song, so when it finished it went straight into an abba song! Really confused me :)
I am hoping that it will work, the book makes good sense I think.

That's exactly what it was like for me! Next thing it was 321 wide awake! I ll have to try it again!

I will definitely be trying it again! At first I thought I would put it on my phone so that I could listen to it before going to sleep for the night, but now I think I would be too confused to really go to sleep afterwards ! :)

I have high hopes for it working, I have always been a deep sleeper and have always thought I would be a good candidate for hypnosis. I figure it can't hurt, although I truly have no idea what the guy even said after about the first 2 minutes!

Sorry for butting in, but where did you get this from? Is there an app you can download? Sounds like something I'd really like to give a go

Hi 2blessed, I got the book, Paul McKenna "I Can Make You Thin" from eBay for £2, it came with a cd. There were several of them for sale from various sellers.
Not sure if Marceline and I were listening to the same thing or not, or if it works or not, but it was really bizarre--seriously, 20 minutes just gone!!

Right....I might need to find the book then! If 20 minutes just disappeared then I guess it's safe to say you were under the 'fluence, so something's going on....
