Can anyone help me work out how many propoints my mum should be on. SHe is really keen to get back into WW as it works for her.
She is 166cm- 80kg- 54. Has pretty active life, works in a standing up/ physical, is a woman :) . I can't remember the other questions they ask. I'm a low carber now so don't have access to the WW website anymore.
