So! I want to lost 2.5 stone. I started at 33 points, lost a lb and went to 32 and lost another lb and now I'm at 31. I'm 5ft 8 and 14 st 5lb. Will I lose a point every time a lose a flippin lb? I can bearly keep to the daily points without eating my own head as it is! Had a bit of a lardy weekend so cant dip into the 49!
Cheers!

When I was following it I was on27 points a day and it didn't change throughout the whole time so not sure why they are changing yours Hmm. I was 11st7 at the time and I'm 5 ft5. I wanted to lose 2 stone and managed it Grin. I snacked on fruit and if I wanted something sweet I had a meringue or one of those link and white marshmallow wafers which are only be point each. The weight watchers yogurts are lovely too and only one point. I still have them now even though I'm not doing it anymore

Thank you...it's the being hungry I hate and a yogurt just doesn't do it and fruit is ok but again doesn't help hunger...I had a banana an hour ago and I'm sooo hungry and can't eat for an hour yet as have to put kids to bed...I guess I should not save 5 points for a Crunchie in the evening really....but then that's depressing. Perhaps I should just be plump instead!!
