I know the general plan that if I eat less and move more I will lose weight. Or if I cut carbs I will go into ketosis I will lose weight.
That's all fine but I can't actually transfer that knowledge into day to day living for some reason.
Before I just lose the will entirely and eat mars bars for lunch dinner and tea, I am asking the question.
What actually worked for you, what did you actually eat or do to lose weight?
