Vlcd food packs - going to Dubai, can I take them?

Going to Dubai in four weeks and I've just started vlcd. Obviously, I don't want to break for a week, but can I take my food packs in my suitcase? Or do I have to have to have in my hand luggage.

Does anyone have any experience of this?
