Just looking for a bit of advice please 
I have had a prolapse since ds was born 16 months ago so can't do any high impact exercise which is ok because I love cycling but have just been told by my physio to avoid crunches too. I still have a bit of a jelly belly so was going to try Pilates. I probably won't manage a class regularly so was looking for a good DVD for beginners but which gets results. Any recommendations mumsnetters?
